Battalions/Clans/Regiments

Does anyone know if their is a plan to implement groups such as Battalions/Clans/Regiments? I think this would be absolutely awesome especially if the regiment name making was similar to ship name making so it could be like "The 42nd Battalion Of Freedom" or something.

I love the fact the game doesn't have PvP and want it to stay that way but I feel like adding clans could add a little bit of competitiveness? Like a battalion leaderboard or even just getting Super credits or medals depending on how much you battalion contributed to Major Orders?

I never played the first one and am very new to this one so I don't know completely what to expect.

Aw that's a shame, I can understand why they wouldn't add it but I feel it would add that extra little bit of comradery

Ahaha but still, in real life there are different battalions and it would add more "brotherhood" if you know what I mean? Would also add more for content creators to play with I feel

yea i also like the idea of having something like that... different chapters/regiments... even if they are not in the first game, this game could change that, would be a greaat addition

Just make a discord in that case. Plenty of those popping up to merely make grouping up easier.

Although I dont disagree with you. The devs are still working on the basics of the game. Any form of guild or clan content is going to be years down the line, if ever. Better to simply run a discord and structure it around the game as you like.

I wouldn't say they are still working on the basics of the game, they are working on further features and I wonder if guilds and such would be one of them

Yes and I wonder when they will add more ship variants for us to use.
