appearing invisible/private matches

appearing invisible/having a private profile on steam should hide you entirely ingame, or you should be able to private your game. you cannot make your game private beyond limiting it to friends only, and anyone on your steam friends list can find any mission youre on so long as they just look for the little green player icon on a planet even if youre invisible on steam. I do not always want to be seen online, i play with friends but sometimes i want to just play by myself but my irl friends are the type to just drop in even when im appearing invisible/private. I hope there is a way eventually to work around this or it is changed entirely. Am i the only one who finds this as an issue?

I agree, this should be a basic feature. Either integrate it with Steam's invisible mode like Valve's games or allow it as a toggle in the game's setting itself like in PUBG.

Yeah this is completely stupid you cannot play alone and appear offline like every other Steam game. I just wanted to play a match or two alone as I don't have time to hop on and chat with friends tonight, but low and behold even when invisible they see me in the game and start spamming me and calling my phone too outside of steam to play, and wondering why I wont. So annoying.

i agree it should show offline ingame aswell
