Report a translation problem
Start > "Manage Input Sound Settings" > First option on the results.
From here, you should only see one input device, assuming all others were removed.
If you see more than one input device, then windows still sees them and we need to fix that.
Click each device you don't want to use and the top option you will see is General>Audio>"Allow apps and Windows to use this device for audio". Click the "Don't allow" button.
Do this for each device until you're left with the single microphone remaining on the list.
