HELLDIVERS 2 CONTRIVERSY?

Hello there i've been interested in purchasing this game for quite some time now but I've heard that it lacks the option to select one's preferred pronouns. it makes me feel uncomfortable that its 2024 and we can still go around disrespecting other peoples identities hopefully this issue can be fixed if enough of us advocate for it.

The game doesn't use any pronouns, nor addresses the player's gender in any way what so ever. You are a Helldiver, and are never addressed as anything else.

if i tell you there is a cat in a box and theres a 50 percent chance there is a cat in the box or a 50 percent chance there isnt a cat in the box being vague doesnt help anyone. When you cant even choose who you want to be when games are supposed to be an escape but you cant even decide on who you want to be then what is the point this game is supposed to be about democracy but you cant even pick the pronouns you wish to play as the writing couldnt be any clearer on the walls.
