You can still get it 17% off on Green Man Gaming. Legit steam key seller (not reseller), I buy a good portion of my games from there. Only thing is you lose the ability to refund the game; maybe you can through them, but you definitely can't simply do the right-click refund you can when you buy through Steam.

Not sure I'd expect anything more than that anytime soon.

Use code FANATICAL17 on Fanatical to get a discount. Same thing regarding refunds though, not refunds.
