Steam Deck

I'm currently playing on my 1TB OLED Steam Deck because I'm out of town. I simply cannot figure out how to type in the in-game chat. Has anyone been able to figure this out or is it just not capable?

steam+x, r2, steam+x again.
Basically, you call-in keyboard, "press" enter to enter the in-game chat mode, call-in keyboard again, type, "press" enter to send your message.

The steam deck isn't that powerful. The rog runs a lot better than the deck

The deck has a built-in mic. I've remapped right bumper to hold-to-talk. Works for me, but I've really only played with those I know. Public lobbies seem a lot more toxic than the first game.

true, but helldivers 2 isn't a very demanding game, just not well optimized yet.

with some fiddling i got it running between 28 and 45 fps with a 45 fps lock. did 4 or 5 diff 4 missions. worked well.

everything low. 720p and some scaling

Only better when plugged into the wall, performance is interchangeable between the two systems when actually using them as a portable device.
