muscle enhancement booster
I have the feeling this thing does not work at all, i don't feel any faster in water nor when walking in bushes, where does it even work?

It is a marginal increase in those situations, not completely removing the speed penalty. As it stands its one of the more lackluster boosters unless you have nothing else to pick.
