What kind of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ have you got to be.
Looking at mission table, there's no mention if your lobby is public, private, friends only, or any other format. It's a bit awkward that's hidden deep into settings instead.
Such as player level restrictions, for those that don't want someone very new, low level, and inexperienced bungling up a very hard level mission.
From personal play time in HD2 - I don't mind helping new people at all. I'll even drop into low games just to help people learn some details. I enjoy it. But there have been numerous times of running much tougher missions only to have 1-2 players drop in (sometimes as friend duos) that are SO new they are more of a liability than an asset.
A truly "Solo/Private" setting, and/or "Invite ONLY" setting.
Maybe region or distance settings? Perhaps for some of those odd connections that bring lag as it feels like the game is struggling with the connection.
All that said: I agree - If you don't want the public dropping in on your game, the best bet is set to Private (friends only)
I am talking about low level play ( max dif. level 5 )
You get in complete objectives and then you get kicked...
I don't get it anyway. You get more payout completing with more players. And if it's a matter of the host still getting that group payout after the host kicks everyone then I would assume that will just be patched out.
Although I know I still have connection issues at the end of rounds sometimes. Even with regular friends and I crash or on occasion find myself back on ship. idk, there's lots to tweak and work on.
Or make it a vote kick or something.
Yeah, I like to think that these people aren't aware of the "Friends Only" toggle.

Even if you set the game to private it can happen that you still get people dropped into your game. Happend to me too.
