Hey why did the 'Blue' color on the Galactic map change?

I'm glad I wasn't the only one to notice this change. I thought it was the HDR on my monitor or something else changing. It looked like the color saturation plummeted at first. Unintended change with the recent patch probably.

I had to google for a screenshot of the map to make sure I wasnt crazy.
WTF did they change that somehow changed the color of the campaign map bars???
