Lagging out of every single mission

I'm lagging out of every single mission I join. I've tried everything I can to fix it and I just don't know what to do now. I really want to keep playing but like this I just can't

network lag, everything stops moving/randomly goes to a black screen and puts me back onto the ship

Okay yeah I was playing and right at the end nothing fluxated and i just got timed out

I always lagg for like minutes in mission and then back to normal again, or never return to normal fps. And then it repeats again and again and again.

anyone know or experience lagging out of the fireteam to your ship or you join a random mission to help others players ,Then in less than 5 o 6 min everyone else is running on same direction whitout moving fowards and get lagg out or i join my friends and same deal get lag to your ship and the same again and again, if anyone have this experience or know how to fix it let me know on the comments
