Has anyone tried "--use-d3d11"?
Just found out that inputting...

--use-d3d11

...in the launch options makes the game run in DX11 instead of DX12. I also deleted the shader cache and then after running the game in DX11, I gained about 15-20 frames! Been having issues with the optimization, particularly with low frame rates, and found that this helps for AMD users on older hardware.

However, now I've been having this issue where around 5-10 mins into every mission, the game freezes. Then I have no choice but to restart the game. Has anyone tried this and managed to make it work?

I would love it if I can run the game in DX11 as it makes the game run so much smoother and more stable (when it doesn't do that freeze crash ofc) It's possible that I'm just unlucky and the crashing has nothing to do with this. But this issue's only been happening after I tried DX11.

yeah I got some frames like you did, but the game still CTD (or worse).
