Remember aim mode on off, but stills keeping me scopped in after i stop aiming

I have it set to off, I try changing it something else and changing it back, and it still keeps me scoped when I right click. It’s so incredibly frustrating. It works very, very rarely, and I can’t figure out what makes it decide to.

I just want to aim over the shoulder with right click no matter what my last aim mode is. I HATE doing a 180 to shoot an enemy meleeing me in the back, only to hard scope in and miss him entirely.

It's only changing if you're actually aiming

turn on dynamic aiming, hold right click for over the shoulder and click it for ADS

that helped me, but i want to know if the setting of remember aim mode is bugged or smth
