So the "known issue" admitted by the devs about spawns, was created by the fact the Devs have no idea how to turn off the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ they added on purpose, long after those operations are over.
Including Trivial, Easy and Medium.
Not only that. They will spawn out of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thin air, right in front of you. That's how bad it is.
I am getting flashbacks to Darktide's glaring spawn issues. Doesn't this use the same engine too?!

I have over 60 hour put into the game. Most of it, doing stealth runs solo. Why didn't i complain about this ♥♥♥♥ before then?
That's because this was not an issue until a few days ago. The spawn rate is absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥. The same goes for enemy detection. They have significantly reduced the range from which you can be detected and the enemies will now track you through solid ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ objects that are part of the environment. You know? Mountains! That ♥♥♥♥'s easily noticeable when you combat rocket units. They will now home in on you along with their rocket barrages.
I am not even 5 mins into a Medium mission and i am already getting swarmed by patrols alone. Never mind the chain ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ reaction when they call in for reinforcements and every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fabricator in the vicinity homes in on me too.
Suffice to say. Their most recent patch was absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage.
I have also experienced enemies popping in for awhile, well before this patch.

It gets very messy with them because...
They all look in the same direction, trying to get the most kills.
You can have bots spawn on your back and no one is watching it.
There's that 1 guy that ignores the map pings, goes solo, then reinforces you miles away from where you died.
They'll happily take your weapons when you die. Leaving you without support weapons etc due to long cool downs.
They'll all throw eagles at a bot factory or bug hive at the same time.
They'll ignore the big red laser indicating something like an eagle is incoming.
They shoot at patrols with their primary first, causing drop ships/breaches to happen.
They don't understand killing the blue map locations first is optimal.
Get a good team that actually follows the map pings, stays together and doesn't all try to get the most kills possible, clears the map and challenging is a walk in the park.
Yes, they increased the spawn rates by 4x.
They said they're looking into fixing it.
They also have a habit of not releasing proper patch notes.

I know. Their patch notes are a joke. I have to rummage through ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Reddit posts just find all of the many stealth changes they introduce every patch.
