Pixelated graphics
So my PC is very very weak, so I have everything set on low. Game still looks pretty, but the pixelated mess really irritates me. Like the flames are literal pixels, clouds sometimes get really pixelated in a weird way, and also the falling meteors from afar are literal blue pixel squares. Like actual squares.
I would gladly lose some fps to get rid of that, but I really can't figure out which settings to buff... Could somebody give me a hint? I mean there's no "effects quality", so I really have no idea...

I think particle quality, space quality and volumetric cloud quality are what youre looking for. If you have the scaling below Native that will also blur or 'squareify' a lot of things.

I think I've tried particles, but that didn't really work, I haven't noticed major improvements. I've tried changing clouds mid game, but maybe they *would* work if I'd relaunch the game. I don't understand why space quality though? Do you mean for meteors?

Okay, now I really see the difference. It is particles and volumetric clouds indeed. They look much less pixelated. Thanks!

Remove sharpness because for some reason the sharpness makes effects look really bad, put effects quality higher to help with the fire effects, space quality for stars, low render scale makes effects look like dog water for some reason try native but you might have to sacrifice fps

There's a bunch of setting in Display, change your render scale.
