Just bought the game. ERROR?

Hi, just bought the game and I am ready to join the glorious Helldivers!

However I can't seem to get into the game, after the into movie, I get to a splashscreen then it says "unknown error" and retrying before just being stuck.

Happened when I first got it. Got like 4 people to buy the game then it ♥♥♥♥ out for an entire weekend.
