-> Workshop at least for custom soundtracks
But it'll probably never happen let's not forget Sony would make us paid DLC for these rather than let Arrowhead open the workshop
im sure simply replacing music wouldnt give any advantage to the player
Only moderated mods could be installed. And why would they resign from profits from warbonds and SC store?
Also not sure if PS5 supports modding at all. Xbox does to some extend.
sandbox mods are, well, only for sandbox and do not give any form of progression
approved mods have to be approved by the moderators to earn progression to make sure it does not give any unfair advantage AND they have to be ran by every player in the lobby
there, thats probably true
Turn off ingame music.
Turn on whatever youtube music you want.
The Anti Cheat does absolutly nothing....
I have paid $40 and nothing more, nothing less for all the warbonds (1) I have purchased. Furthermore, the microtransactions in this game are very cheap and *technically* possible to get entirely for free (further encouraged by the fact that warbonds take a lot of time to finish, you get your first one for free and they never expire or disappear and you're encouraged to take your time. Very different from a standard battlepass). It's a secondary form of revenue and the main cash comes from the $39.99 price tag. The live service is just to get a few extra coins out of a game that runs on a live service system. They're not using it as a main form of revenue and rather just taking advantage of the system they've set up for the game they've created.
They're not heavily monetizing on live service so i wouldnt be surprised, and am not surprised, that modding in the community is still prevalent despite the clear restrictions. So i also wouldn't be surprised if we started seeing moderated / approved mod support.
Never. You can already mod.
