dealing with griefers
Hi all. came across my first griefer today, level 15 - user "GIM9". napalmed the ship after the first person hopped on, then killed all of us as the timer timer ticked. i managed to kick him but we lost all the samples. not a big deal it was a short game but it killed the mood for the squad. I'm curious what the best ways to handle griefers are. kicking them before game end stops them from gaining XP or requisition which helps but i doubt it really stops them. cant really report them because that feature only works for game chat offences. Any tips or any other place to name and shame?

If you´re the host, it´s the best way to kick them before extraction.

Problem is if you´re not the host, you get trolled by someone and the host himself is also a troll or brain afk to recognize it. Then you can only leave and block those people. :BanHammer:

Reporting such people isn´t possible, because devs. only are interested in chat offences and ignore other problems. :csgoanarchist:

I think there should be a penalty for over abundance or suspicious levels of friendly fire. The player could get a brand on there helmet or player card until their friendly fire decreases. The brand wouldn't look cool either, it would look crap and embarrassing.

Traitor system with an auto kick if you reach to much friendly fire. :kicked:

I did 15001 friendly fire damage from a hellbomb that my team didn't run away from despite multiple callouts...

If you are the host kick them and add them to your block list. Otherwise quit the game and add them to your block list.

In-game your social menu should show all the recent players you've been in a game with. So its easy to find them.

If you do that they can only ever bother you once. If everyone does it eventually they won't be able to join any games.

Just block them and you won't have to deal with them anymore.

OMG where do I sign up for this Idea of some form of TAG placed on name of a TKER that would be great if instead of SUPER CITIZEN it jus got replaced with "GRIEF MASTER' or something likr that and as time went on it changed to "GRIEF CADET"

problem is...there would be people striving for these titles
