80 hours in, I got my money out of the game, don't regret buying it but the current nerfs, really did take the fun out of the game for me.

I tend to agree, I would have liked to see the revolver buffed. But I feel like unsafe railgun is more rewarding and skillful now

If all you do is buff you get power creeped garbage that's too easy and loses its soul. You need both buffs and nerfs.

More CC on my ass because the shield has less uptime after the nerf = less fun.
I was having a lot of fun shooting charger legs with the railgun, now I don't use this weapon anymore since you can't do that unless its in unsafe = less fun.

PS. Yes, I can charge the gun in unsafe but in the middle of 10 chargers, 3 bile titans and 99874832 smaller mobs, this is close to insane to try. You also have to aim and hit the legs multiple times to score a armor brake. The chargers don't sit still or present the legs to your at all times ;)

This is where teamwork can come into play, an unsafe rail shot can stun a charger for a few seconds, so you’d need to be all working together managing the bileys and stunning chargers. A recoil-less rifle helps as well.

They should looked at why people enjoyed using the rail gun and try to keep it there. For instance, the railgun should still 2 tap leg armor from chargers in safe mode. Right now the damn things can still 3 tap a TITAN on PS5. How was it to OP for braking charger legs but you can 3 tap a titan on PS5 eludes me.

I play with randoms, you never know who you get and how they do. Vast majority of people I assume are in the same boat. Being as self reliant as possible is very important. I just changed weapons.

I don’t entirely agree with the shield, maybe not against terminids, but it still can be useful against automatons

there is nothing "skillful" about gun that randomly explodes and kills you.

stalkers and their little bros are too damn numerous and annoying to have any sort of decent run without shield, and i swear they can now slow you thru shield which they couldn't before.

also i made the mistake of trying heavy armor in a 7... absolutely worthless, if you're not light, you're dead.
