It's better to put some super samples at level 4~6 instead of only 7+.
If 7+ is too difficult, people can upgrade their super destroyers at the "hard" level.
All support weapons perform well on this difficulty.

Ditto. I suggest adding a system to exchange commons to super samples as well.

All sample & super point should only collect at T9 difficulty,
Only money & medal at T1 ~ T8 difficulties
Further more,
No matter what mission is, enemy's spawn speed need to be like Eradicate missions right now (even more faster).

And when you chose your land point at mission start screan,
Every coner on the map should be red, not give a single chance to stealth.
after choose landing point, when all member at loading screan, enemy are already calling support (you can hear battle music already) than will be more better.


This is how Helldiver should be 🤡.

The upgrades that you get from super samples are really only even that >needed< in 8+.

Though it wouldn't be the -worst- idea if you could like, find 1 in diff 6 or something.

They could certainly look into options possibly.

I don't think this is healthy for the game
The upgrades aren't that significant. You miss out on very little.
10% cooldown on backpacks
10% cooldown on orbital strategems
extra shot on eagle strategems
better steering on hellpod when it often glitches and doesn't let you steer
50extra health and ammo for sentries and faster deployment and faster rotation speed

Useful but not essential. Hell the one that gets the most benefit are the sentries and I hardly use them. And I've done 7's before. Biggest restriction there is getting a team I can work with who use coms effectively which mostly means the guys I used to play planetside 2 with and not all of them are leveled up enough to have the tools needed for the amount of chargers and bile titans we will have to deal with.

I'm a little surprised they didn't do samples the same way they did them in HD1.

No it is little and if you can't run tier 7 without it you can't run it with it either.

Yeah who could possibly want 50% more ammo and 50% more health for all their sentries.

Might as well say none of the upgrades are needed or essential because really they arent, they are just a way to get more out of your build.

Either way , by that logic there should be no reason to not have access to these as you level up playing dif 4-6, because like you said, they arent that significant.

I think you are able to farm them. If memory serves, they spawn on Blitz missions which means that all you have to do is equip light armor and shield, find the sample rock, then wait for timer to run out (only 12 min).

While waiting, just keep hiding and kitting around rocks so that the chargers and Titans chasing you get confused. Make sure to kill the jumping pests with a shotty. Unless I am mistaken, you don't need to complete main objective to trigger evac. When shuttle is 10 sec away run to evac.

if diff 7 is too f_cked for you, just use the stealth armor, get the samples and wait for the evac shuttle.
about as abusive as the kill-xx-enemies missions, so it might get nerfed.
also roughly half the super-sample upgrades are just meh.

Kinda agree.

I like to take my time and really explore maps and figure out all weapon and game mechanics on lower levels. I'm just now getting into lvl 7 solo runs and I"m maxed out on all Common and Rare Samples with NOTHING to spend them on. I see those Common and Rare samples and just sigh. No need to pick them up.

Feels bad man.

The grind for super samples was so frustrating nearly made me quite the game, between crashes or just games going badly it took me a very long time to make my super destroyer fully operational. I didnt want to attempt a 9 without bringing everything I had to the table. I mean would having a single super sample at 6 have just made the game overly too easy, what was the design decision.

No. I have been capped on super samples since like level 30. There is no problem getting them.

Honestly, other than the eagle upgrades, most of the other modules are pretty sucky. A trivial decrease in cooldown time that will promptly be overridden by modifiers. A 1-second calldown time reduction, that will be overridden by modifiers. Woohoo.
