Nerf Stims
The stim is safety at the expense of nothing. Unfortunately the safety offered up by the stim is a bit too great, essentially allowing you to ignore many mechanics that contribute to the fun of Helldivers, such as death, lack of resources, and being killed obliterating you and your friends. Nerfing armor was a great step in this new direction, but stims are still too strong.

To that end, the devs should increase the time the stim needs before it starts regenerating if not broken completely. Stims also shouldn't heal injuries to your arms or legs as it is unrealistic that stims heal broken bones. The new nerfs would essentially mean that you can’t take damage and expect to live, which is what Helldivers is all about. If you rely on stims, you aren't properly playing the game.

This is only a partial solve in my mind for the stims, but it should bring it out from the “must have” meta slot it has filled currently.

Remove 2 stims and add the ability to spank ur hank when out of stims which takes longer than a stim but still provides the benefits

I dont think they are too strong, especially if your getting messed up and swarmed.

Why not just make stims a orbital drop? Seems pretty OP to start with stims imho

Why not target the supply packs. They magically have your stims as well as the correct ammo for your weapon(s). Nerf this magic box.

Yea, what we need is a meta game where you stare at your body in a regeneration tank for hrs after an evac. Stims shouldn’t magically heal broken bones and rent flesh!

I wouldn't say their that OP considering anything a bug does to you will cancel your stimming animation, Bots on higher difficulties will just "YEEET" you across the map with rockets, tank/turret shells, or just burn you to a crisp by a hulk flamethrower.

Nothing else i'm sure down the line someone will find a way to install mods and can change the animation for stims from 2ish seconds to the time it takes to reload two magazines into a auto-cannon solo.

stim should be a backpack item and requires a buddy to be used. This will encourage teamwork

Nerf the Radar . People are using it as a crutch for their lack of awareness. Nerf the minigun Stratagem by 50% ammo and dammage. This game is made for suffering not fun. If you aren't sweating than you might as well go back to work.

Agreed, the "stim effect" is basically invincibility! Its much to strong and it trivializes the game. We dont need any of that brainless playstyle in our game.
