Long answer: If you hit it from the front, it can hit the head and that is a 1 shot kill. Problem is that Bile Titan moves and Spear lock on is wonky at best. No matter WHERE it hits, armor is gone there, but the head is the only guaranteed 1 shot kill. Even if you do not kill it, it is hurting, often bleeding and you can take it with primary if you hit unarmored spots

Learn the angle that it fires at, and hit weak points. For titans the leg joints or the head are generally one-shots.

If i remember right it 1 shots if you manage to hit in the head which isn't super hard to do, but requires multiple shots otherwise.

Am guessing it 3 shots if it multiple hits?

If they ever fix the buggy lock-on, then it'll be worth discussing. Until then, not worth mentioning.

Even if you don't hit the head it'll usually 2 shots if the rocket doesn't hit the legs

EZ, make yourself the target XD, and when it is chasing you, run away until you can see its full body, then aim directly toward its face, move the mouse up when firing, and pray it will hit its head straight, also, always prepare to call a stratagem after that.

Also make it so it refills with ammo. Spear is currently such a massive ammo hog that it's not worth it for your teammates, as you'll chug resupplies like no other.
