Laser Cannon and Flamethrower big buff

Both weapons got mahusive buffs. Laser Cannon penetrates heavy armor and DEALS EXTRA DAMAGE against high durability parts now, meaning if you aim at the Bot Hulk's visor weakspot it will die very fast.

Flamethrower can kill the bug Charger in just over 1 canister worth of flame.

Very funny buffs.

I'm not sure if people are just reading patch notes and not playing the game and just presuming stuff? The laser cannon does not pierce heavy armour and it still is absolute unusable garbage.

Tried out the Flamethrower vs Charger. What in the world are you talking about "just over 1 canister". This just is NOT true. Not at all.

yes, only head shots. just dont hit anything else (besides the back also). they really wont care else. and forget using it on laser turrets or tanks. forget using it on the shield of the shield robots it wont penetrate anymore.

the laser cannon still takes too long to take out the small fry or even anything. it doesnt do enough damage to warrant using it over a railgun even if the railgun is pretty much nerfed to the ground. Havent used a flame thrower yet though

i've killed chargers in half a tank of flame
by aiming for their legs

I tried to solo a charger on 6 with flamethrower and was almost getting into the third canister when it killed me. I don't get how people are killing it in one canister. That just...doesn't happen unless one of the sample upgrades I dont have somehow is giving it more damage.

And the laser canon? lmao. It's still garbage

Yeah, just saw how fast you can take down a charge with flamethrower by aiming at its leg.

That might actually be as fast or a lil faster than 2 shotting with the railgun and tapping the weakspot before the patch.

Laser cannon is iffy. You actually have to AIM with it so lots of people will still hate it

Need to aim directly at the leg of the charger with the flamethrower it seems, it will pen straight through the armor part.
