Report a translation problem
Here’s the link to submit a ticket to about the issue to arrowhead. I’ve done it too but I’m sure the more people that do will help bring the issue to their attention.
I sent my friend my working Game guard files and then had him validate his steam files
That fixed the issue for us
It worked for me as well, thanks a lot, I would have never guessed
FIX: Turns out the problem was that the network settings in Windows for the Ethernet adapter was set to 'public network'. Changing it to 'private network' immediately resolved the problem!

I've been having this issue since day 1, have re-installed / re-verified more times then I can count, its such a ballache for a game I love...
i had this issue and resolved it by updating my Ethernet driver a couple months back, but after the illuminate update ive started seeing it again, reinstalling the driver hasnt had an impact and theres not a new one.
