Can't adjust valve

When I try to adjust valve 1A it won't let me. I can adjust the other valve. Also all valves are lit up yellow, but the terminal shows 1A is blocked still. Game is busted.

Try adjusting it the other direction, or shooting it again to make sure there's no more terminid crap left on it

It wouldn’t let me interact with it at all. It showed a greyed out interaction marker. I’ve had this happen to an artillery shell before too.
