Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive, and Dodge.

Several options here:
1. Kill the nests from distance of ~180 meters so they don't aggro on you in the first place.
2. Use Lasers so you can cut them outta the sky from distance, totally negating the impact from their bodies falling (Laser Supportive actually is a go for this one).
3. Don't kill them as they attack you so they don't fall into your general direction, only kill them when they are "stationary".
They are weak and are easily avoided with moving to the side. Their only point is to apply constant press on you as when they spot you they trigger all bugs around to your general location. They might be somewhat annoying when you play reckless and solo (because all the trash they also summon), but as soon as you have support they don't pose any threat, so if you see them destroy their nests with any option possible and as soon as you can, and you'll be fine. The general rule of "prioritizing moving over fighting" also applies here so you'll be good unless you stop and try to hold your ground.
