We Need More Support Stratagems

I've been trying to play a dedicated support role for the past couple days, and I've got to say, it hasn't been as viable as I was hoping. The main dedicated support stratagems are the Support Pack and Shield Generator.

I think something like a medic gun could be a lot of fun. Heal your squad mates from range with a well-aimed shot, or even boost their stamina, or give temporary immunity to Hunter venom.

Maybe a throwable drone that can orbit around a Helldiver and shoot down rockets if they get too close.

An electric bola caster that can entangle enemies for a limited time so you can finish them off or disengage.

Just a few ideas from off the top of my head, but I'd like to be able to help the squad out in ways other than sending bullets and rail cannons down range...

there is a strategem called "angel" healing drone in HD1 that will automatically heal you, players near you and friendly mech\vehicle (very slow compare to vehicle repair kit strategem tho).

the real question is when they're going to add them, because these ain't new or ground breaking ideas

Here is a whacky idea, we know that a SEAF trooper stratagem is coming. So what if we could give them weapons/backpacks in addition to a simple command mechanic.

A genius who commented also suggested a variety of SEAF trooper strategems that have specialised gear, AT squad, LMG squad, Medic squad, Ammo squad etc.

There was a leak of something like that returning, that it could heal players and repair vehicles.

i just wish these ideas and strategems from previous title would just be in the game from the get go instead of this live service drip feeding bs.

if bugs can fly. we should be able to fly too ( and no jumppack doesn't count)

Some kind of flash munition stratagem against bugs would be welcome in my opinion, since smoke is just crap against them and EMS is just go to pick.

I also would welcome more utility stratagems.

Yes and a sample store... Even if the new stratagum cost 1,000 each sample give us something to work towards

If you want to be a dedicated "support", run stun grenades, EMS Sentry, EMS Strike, and Supply Backpack.
