Which Orbital you bring depends on what set up you want. The OPS has short CD for an Orbital, and a decent option when the limited Orbital laser would feel like overkill.
My advise, try anticipating where the target will move. This will take alot of practice and I advise you getting some practice in with it.
Secondly, if it's a stationary target that's refusing to move for whatever reason. Take advantage of it.
