Maybe a hit and miss scenario, as it has been ok for me albeit I haven't played as much as I'd like so can only speak of the few hours I've played.

*edit** apologies I have the R7 5800X not the 5700X might be the difference but I doubt it's that big.
maybe, i have 5700x/ 32gb 3600mhz/ 4070 super. 2k resolution or fullHD in fights fps drops to 53-60. When playing solo on difficulty 1 i get around 120-130 fps. i don't see CPU going to 100% or GPU usage above 70%. Higher difficulty = lower FPS also. I think it's engine really likes high CPU frequancies, my friend has 3060 and older intel cpu, but with higher boost clocks, and game runs the same, even feels smother. In every other game he is like 40 fps behind
