Sweet is the daughter and Liberty is the wife.

Liberty birthed Sweet Democracy ("Democracy" last name). Helldiverman is sad that Sweet and Liberty just got terminated, so the only thing he could utter is "SWEET LIBERTY!" so they know they were on his mind till the very end of their lives.
