is the charger kill with resupply pod succes bugged ?

I did it already 2 times alone in a map and it is not working.

Someones is facing the same issue or there is something im doing bad ?

How I've done it:
Weakened it by EATing it's side armor
Summoned a shield array and invoked resupply right where charger will be when he hit the shield

Didnt even need stun grenades

When a charger is wounded, he will stop charging and take a break while he bleeds out.
Thats the time to drop supplies on him.
If you throw the supply beacon on his backside, it will stick to him. But it will bounce off his armor, so choose where you throw it.

Confirmed is working. Did it myself last night. Easiest way is to not try and get it. Wait for an opportunity. Chargers get stuck all the time. So wait for that to happen. Toss grenade or something to damage it, then try to pod on head.

Edit: throw at ground below them. Not directly at them.

the drop pod can't kill the charger alone, it will only bleed the charger to death.

i did it by accident before finding out there's an achievement all attempts at doing it on purpose to impress my friends have failed.. i did however get one to jump off a cliff.

You need to damage it, EAT to the side to strip armor, use stun grenades, orbital EMS and EMS mortar to keep in place, put the marker exactly under it, it will still move slightly, but it should be fine.

i just succeed during a mission.
My mistake was to think the pob will OS it. You have to damage it first then finish it with the pod.

The supply drop callin has to hit it's forehead. Easiest to do after you side step it while it's turning around.

If you bust his backside, he bleeds out in 5 seconds, supplies in trivial is 10 seconds, it's never arriving in time.

The others have said it correctly, you have to EAT/Recoiless or some other to his body and take out a chunk first, then drop the supply pod on him.

Killed a charger several times with a supply pod, it's never counted though.

Supposedly the "Blue" beacons can stick to either Charger's head or its upper section of abdomen. So the supply drop will just nicely land on top of the sucker.

it has to be the killing blow, hitting with a pod and then finishing with weps wont work, just fyi
