Trench Coats

As much as I love capes, regardless of what the traitor Edna Mode would have you believe, I think Trench Coats are far better, you just have to ask the Commissars, Inquisitors and Kriegers.

Capes are proof your rendering budget can handle them.

It is hilarious how a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ MMO came up with a less whiney excuse for not having a big capes budget (until the servers could handle it) than Incredibles. (This was also why trenchcoats and always on particle effect auras were delayed then implemented as mid level rewards)

This is actually a suggestion I can get behind. An alternate options to a Cape could be pretty nice. Could even open the door to Capes affecting stats. Have a cape that gives you slightly faster run speed, or a Trench coat that makes you harder to spot from NPC's
