Stuck on Main Menu

[The Silent King]

The Game is saying that I'm on main menu when I'm on my ship and playing the game. I'm unable to join friends and play online in any capacity. Anyone else having this problem?

It's a connection error to the servers. Had it happen a few times, close the app and reload.

I have and it still does it. I even validated the files, restated computer and wifi, and still says on main menu.

This has been going on for over a week now for me. Any luck? I've tried just about everything I can and still can't join friends in game.

Nope, ive been stuck on it forever now too. I filed a ticket with the Arrowhead but they haven’t gotten back to me yet.

Have this happened to a friend. I thought this new patch would fix it, but it still happening. Hopefully they announce something about this glitch soon

Same here. Still having this issue. Sometimes seems to randomly fix itself, but then reverts the next time I restart the game.

I managed to join my friends by starting the tutorial. Once steam recognizes your in the tutorial try joining through steam while still in the tutorial. Worked for me and saved me the headache of just restarting over and over. Hopefully it works for you my fellow democracy spreaders!

November of 2024 and its still happening randomly, around 2-3 times a month, and surprisingly at certain times such as 10PM-1AM. @Sparks suggestion has worked for me as well in some cases.
