Everyweapon is good.. IF................ you have a PS5 hosting your game.. then everything is ez.
there is to much enemies and have to much hp on every single body part with how game reads dmg.
buffing penetration would also make primary weapons primary not just decoration and last resort.
It's only strength is to push back enemies, which may be useful in some circumstances like against stalkers.
The issue is, the slugger does a better job than the jar due to the aiming speed, better projectile speed, and reloading mechanism for the slow fire rate.
No, it absolutely sucks vs shreikers, almost everything else can do 1-2 shot them and more reliablely due to the projectile speed and aim speed, it is too slow. Current best are the incendiary breaker 1 pellet burns it down, so the whole sky dies, or scyth, instant hit and damage, just draw around them (but lack of use otherwise makes the incendiary breaker a better choice).
Jar is really lack luster at present as a primary weapon with everything else outperforming it. They need to change how it works as otherwise, it is mostly a near ranged weapon, or far ranged if your target is absolutely still.
And if you say automatons, no it's also crap against them when compared to the Scorcher which can kill tanks and turrets (unless a stealth nerf came out and it now can be deflected), and front shot the striders with ease.
Hell it can even open up those metal boxes full of loot without using up ammo weirdly enough.

Currently just a dumb nail shooter.
- Starting pistol (Absolutely no reason to use it over SMG, less ammo, same damage, worse sights etc.)
- Liberator Concussive (A literal joke of a weapon)
- Dagger (Honestly it can do okay against bots, tone down its visual recoil in first person and decrease cooling time)
- Liberator Pen. (Imho it's alright, but it gets completely overshadowed by Scorcher, which tbh is kinda OP, give it proper burst fire-rate where it has delay between bursts but faster bursts, higher damage, you can even drop it to 9 mags instead of 10 but make it take less than 30 rounds to break a single Scout Strider leg please)
- Blitzer (Not just does it crash your game, but it's also insanely unreliable and the DPS is piss-awful, if it can only be effective against trash, why not use a laser rifle?)
- Diligence CS (Increase handling, it's unusable, that's it. Idc even about Medium Armor Pen, just for the love of god make it handle better. Rn the AMR is better handling and that's INSANE)
Some weapons that people call underpowered but are misused imho:
- Diligence (Very reliable bot killer)
- Revolver (Against bots its pretty pathetic, but for bug missions? It's a very useful tool against armored bugs, and if you're running a kit that never uses their secondary you might as well use it for that reason)
- Liberator Pen. (I know I Just said it needed a buff, albeit I meant more of a rebalance. If you slam an autoclicker on your mouse it's for most intents a better weapon than the stock Liberator against robots)
- Plasma Shotty (It can kill Chargers. Like really f-cking quick too, just lob one between its legs, I've done it in less than a mag before but it's a bit RNG)
- Breaker Incen. (Pair with Railgun/EAT and Laser Rover on bug missions with Revy, actually really competent, and very good AA for the new flying b-stards)
- Laser Beam Rifle (This thing is insane for bots if you focus fire heads. It can kill Devastators hilariously quickly IF YOU CAN AIM. If it had a scope it'd be overpowered)

The Breaker is overrated, even before the "nerf" (which barely did anything to it, the recoil is barely noticeable and it went from having terrible ammo economy to... still terrible)
