56% is in the ship and during loading, in game it drops to 20-26% which is still way too much

I don't mind if it's during a game, but the problem is that the CPU doesn't stop being proprietary for a while after the game is finished.

4 core CPUs are the BARE minimum requirement. The 7700K is barely any better than the 4790K in modern titles. You run the lowest spec possible for this game, so dont complain about issues.

4 cores are a long gone thing for gaming.
If you refuse to upgrade your outdated CPU, then refund the game.

lol are you serious? i run this game on 60 fps / 2k on 1080ti and i7 7700k totally maxed out to the brim on native res. as soon as the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ nprotect turns on tho it eats 50% cpu? come on man. that's a bit way too much for a simple anti cheat.
