Such weapons have crew of two or three people usually.
Yeah, why have Co-op mechanics in a Co-op game... Have you considered that maybe the game isn't your cup of tea?
I really like the idea though but yeah, it's really hard to justify telling your team to not carry any backpack item that they wanna use to help you reload your gun.
Also shooter can take supply backpack.
The intention is chaotic situations there are so many situational moments where there is no chaos when just any team mate can load you vs only one member.
If you have members in team that are not willing to carry ammo pack they are traitors to Super Earth send them to civilian life
Puny little guard which does almost nothing for the team vs taking down titan in 3 seconds
Hmm i wonder which one benefits the team more....
I ignored the recoilless because everyone said it is so freaking slow to self reload. But it is fairly fast.
That's not what OP was talking about. If you would actually read instead of getting triggered by the first word, you would see.
OP only said that in sense of realism and logically it would make more sense if the person who is operating the recoilless would also carry the ammo backpack and the other team mates who would still perform the assisted leload would get the rockets from the back of the operator.
So basically anyone could go up to you and get a rocket from it and reload.
And makes also totally sense.
If you carrying a backpack with ammo, you would still need to get off the backpack from your back and feed the other person's launcher. But if it is on the back of that person, you can just grab it from there.
