We will not have total stealth until we get the suppressors from the first game.
enemies in this game have a huge sensor range for sounds.
also they call reinforcements far to quickly to be called fair.
It's kind of a clash of interests, they made a game about killing enemies and doing objectives, then rap the players knuckles when they try to enjoy playing their game.
I would call this a flaw in their design.
but I expect to be dog piled by fan bois in 3 ....2....
The game was never intended to be super casual. Its intended to be extremely difficult at higher tiers. I mean, deal with it? The game has its glaring issues at the moment for me with the crashing but outside of that, its a great game.
If you can't handle the difficulty then just stay on lower difficulties or find another game.
Like Dark Souls is hard in its own right and isnt exactly easy to compare to Helldivers. But if you can't handle Helldivers, you probably can't handle Elden Ring or Dark Souls.
Its really not a flaw in its design. HD1 was this way too with its difficulty scaling.
IN HD 1 we had weapon upgrades but also, you could play any difficulty you wanted to unlock samples, in this, that is not an option, you must go to higher difficulty if you want orange and purple samples.
Gotta respect the enthousiasm though.
