He'll get around 50-60 on the ship, but it doesn't look like it. Not smooth at all with weird stuttering. On missions it's even worse, even on Easy difficulty without many mobs. They just didn't optimize for lower end hardware, like at all. The fact they mention a 2060 in their requirements is hilarious.

Now with resolution on Ultra Quality (FSR) frames go up to 80 and during some missions they drop to 56 minimum.
Not very well optimized but you can get it working if you mess with the settings until you get stable fps.
I've got an rx 6600 gpu, ryzen 5 5500 cpu and 16gb(2x8) 3200mhz ddr4 ram sticks.
No. I didn’t buy it.

As far as to answer your question OP, been playing it with 2 friends and my boyfriend. My PC is about 2-4 years old on parts towards the higher side, my bf's is also about 3-5 years old on parts toward the mid-range budget end, one our friends has a top of the line modern PC, and another has a PC that's 7+ years old and we're all running it fine with no crashes and great performance.
If you don’t believe the multiple posts of people complaining about this issue, buy it & see if it crashes for you, if you want. You’ve got a 2-hour refund.
Hope this helps anyone. You can also just buy, play for 2 hrs or less, and refund if performance is not good.
