In Need of Help with "Unable to Establish Connection to Game"

Title pretty much says it all and I was wondering if anyone that has this same issue has found a resolution. I can't even get into bootcamp. I watch the intro video and it gives the "Unable to establish connection to game" error. I tried pretty much everything I could think of.
No VPN
Changed DNS settings
Disabled Firewall
Disabled Windows Defender
Updated Drivers
Rebooted Internet and changed IPs
Changed Steam Config for input
Run as Administrator
Verified Integrity of Game Files

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks all

I have the same issue but after like 5ish minutes in game I can't maintain a connection to the server

That sucks, I feel your pain. I just wish it would let me do anything. Are you on Starlink perhaps?
That's my current provider and I've never had an issue with it in any other game until this one. A couple of posts said they had Starlink as well and were having issues but others say it's no problem. I'm at a loss.

Having the same exact issue and am also on Starlink. I've tried everything from deleting GameGuard folder, uninstalling through gguninst, verifying files, running .exe as admin, reinstalling game multiple times, and just sitting at the screen spamming a button to try and get in. No luck so far. Hoping a fix comes soon.

i am in the same boat as you, have an hour logged of playtime but can't get past splash screen.

I disabled IPv6 and the game immediately worked flawlessly. Out of curiosity I closed the game and re-enabled IPv6 and it's still working perfectly. Not sure if the video fix worked or the devs came through - but I've got a day off and a functioning Helldivers 2. Party time

How did you do this? I just unchecked the IPV6 for my ethernet and my wifi. Lauched game and still didnt work. Any tips to do it better? thank you guys for helping th best you can.

Sorry for the late reply! All I did was follow the videos instructions and it worked for me. It's continued to work as well. Maybe make sure you're pressing "OK" after you uncheck IPv6? Best of luck

Hey everyone after tinkering around with a bunch of stuff I think I might have found a temporary work around that at least lets me get into the game. As others have said disable IPv6 but that alone didn't help me. What helped me was while you are in the load screen before the intro video plays is hit F5. Then click through the intro and hopefully you will load into the game. I think this might force a handshake with the server and then let you connect.

Disclaimer: I have everything enabled previously
DNS set to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4
IPv6 Disabled
Steam input off
Firewall off/ anti virus off
F5 In Globe splash screen

I haven't tried any multiplayer yet but will update if that works once my friend logs on.

I find it painful that I paid 40$ and still can't play after a day. Managed to load in once and get an hour of playtime before work, but after coming back, found myself back in the cycle of "Unable to establish a connection to the game." I think the game is a great time, but can't get it to work for the life of me, even with the ipv6 fix.
