headphones do not work

I can not figure out how to change audio input and output in game, and I can not have my mic enabled without the sound quality being horrible. I am using the xbox wireless headset.

I dont have a problem with the sound in this game but had the same problem in the pass with other game (like the sound was stuttering) and i fixed going to sound properties on windows and changing the quality of the sound to 48000hz 24bit. Maybe it´s the same on this one.

Seems like the anti cheat software is killin my headset as soon as the game boots. Probably the budget anti cheat software that they chose :(
