Is there in game voice(like in Helldivers 1)

No, the player characters are all american. You get to choose between 2 male and 2 female voices and I'm pretty sure one of the actors is Yuri Lowenthal, but the voice actors from helldivers 1 (or similar) aren't in the game.

In game voice chat I was referring, is there in game voice chat, can you speak to your teammates via microphone? Like in helldivers 1

Is it VOIP, like based on distance and surrounding, or just lobby based global voice chat?

The moment I heard Voice 2, Yuri's Voice, I immediately said
"Yeaaah! Who spreads Democracy?! I DO"
