Framerate issues
I have an RTX 3070 and I have serious performance problems, not only can I almost never exceed 60 FPS, except by lowering the settings, but even there I can't get who knows what FPS more. Also in the game I have sudden drops in the framerate which makes the game almost unplayable, unfortunately there is a lot of stuttering and sudden freezes due to frame drops. Do you have these problems too? I'm very disappointed at the moment.

I bought a new graphics card and while my other games have now double the amount of fps , helldiver runs worse than before.

105 set limit fps with a rare drop to 90fps

I am sorry people are having fps issues, but maybe check your settings in windows and change a few things around.
nakama7777 28 MAR 2024 a las 4:26 p. m.
maybe the settings changed from "native" to "super sampling". happend to me 2x.
Kael 28 MAR 2024 a las 4:27 p. m.
super sampling can kill FPS by half. go from 165+ (RR) to 80- with SS enabled sometimes.
HAPPY 28 MAR 2024 a las 4:44 p. m.
and its only getting worse as you advancing on higher difficulty missions with higher number of enemies....

I was able to repeat the exact same performance issues on the same mission with a bunch of people now.
People who also told everyone about their 100 fps average.

Had them look at the same spot, walk the same route. Boom.
40 fps. On any rig.

Curious. Has anyone played around with Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling (HAGS) or Resizeable BAR?

I have both enabled and for the most part, performance seems decent. but I know some systems can get worse performance depending on setup.

I tried both in combination and isolated to each other. They dont have an impact on the weird fps drops. Though I do know that disabling HAGS has improved the stability of the game for some people. REBAR seems to make no difference to my knowledge.

HOWEVER, I went through my stack of paper notes (yes, I took some). Everyone who had the weird fps drops that I recorded in the videos had a Nvidia GPU. I have no AMD user who also reported the same drops except for one and his issues seemed different.

Yeah. It tanks based on difficulty. Game will start out at 120-140 on the ship. Then as soon as you join a match and sit at the loadout screen waiting for ppl to ready up, the frames drop to 80-90. Then when you get in the game it will be at 90-100+ and as you progress with hordes and etc. It drops down to 80-90, then 70-80, then 60-70, and sometimes even 50-60. Usually when people start throwing airstrikes. Now if it's a small map like kill 450 bugs. Stays at 90-110.

12700k, RTX 3080, 1440p.

Out of curiosity, have you set your shader cache to 10GB or more in the Nvidia CP? I know for me, in Star Citizen, having it at default (4GB afaik) it does causes a lot of slowndowns.

I'm running an RTX3070 with a 5800X3D, HAGS is enabled, REBAR is enabled, but I have my Shader Cache set to no limit. Performance seems pretty consistent for me, usually above 60fps at worse during higher difficulties with a full party.

I have a RTX 2060, 32GB RAM and a i7, consistent 68fps with no drops or freezes
i7 has been around for over a decade..... what generation of i7, im running a i7 11700k and a titan x pascal (1080 titan), in 1440p res and having around 140-160 fps with grapics on hig.. sertain useless tings turned of as AA and none noticable tings.. and tune your pc in general into being a gaming pc first of all is important (just this will increase your fps). you shoud sertainly run more than 68 fps that's for shoure, unless you have a potato cpu. im just trying to understand wy ppl dont know the basics of setting up your pc for gamin, since i see alot of ppl with alot more hig end GPUs here than me and has alot lower fps than me. game is super smood for me and looks verry good. ppl with stutter and fps drops propobly has not sett their pc up to runn for gaming.
