105 set limit fps with a rare drop to 90fps
I am sorry people are having fps issues, but maybe check your settings in windows and change a few things around.
People who also told everyone about their 100 fps average.
Had them look at the same spot, walk the same route. Boom.
40 fps. On any rig.
I have both enabled and for the most part, performance seems decent. but I know some systems can get worse performance depending on setup.
HOWEVER, I went through my stack of paper notes (yes, I took some). Everyone who had the weird fps drops that I recorded in the videos had a Nvidia GPU. I have no AMD user who also reported the same drops except for one and his issues seemed different.
rn running an rtx 4070 with the i5 13600k and i get 80-90+ fps
12700k, RTX 3080, 1440p.
Out of curiosity, have you set your shader cache to 10GB or more in the Nvidia CP? I know for me, in Star Citizen, having it at default (4GB afaik) it does causes a lot of slowndowns.
I'm running an RTX3070 with a 5800X3D, HAGS is enabled, REBAR is enabled, but I have my Shader Cache set to no limit. Performance seems pretty consistent for me, usually above 60fps at worse during higher difficulties with a full party.
Yep. Did this. Did nothing.
