its normal these days that dev studios and/or publishers don't give away any review copies when they know prior to the release of a game that the game won't be good or will have a lot of issues. happened to suicide squad just a week ago too ;) no review copies should be the best and biggest warning sign for everyone that a game is going to flop ;)

Agreed, I didn't pre-order as it seemed a little suspect to not have reviews & I suppose it worked out because I no longer want to get it from what I have seen

almost every game releases somewhat broken so as long as they fix it quickly i dont really care. i can just play something else while i wait.

it is stupid though unsurprising.

There's reasons why games like this and Suicide Squad don't send out early review copies or they set up ridiculous review embargoes. None of those reasons are any good, obviously.

What game doesnt have issues at launch today ?????? yes it aint good , but to review bomb a great game over soem issues that will probably be sorted very quickly is also not good, Too many hissy fit kids.

So yeah few bugs, could benifits from DLSS/FSR, the match making is broken, and some people experience driver crashes. I have the dreaded bluetooth audio bug, but there is a work around. I believe after a patch or a few it will be as it is intended. There is alot of details, good presentation, and fun gameplay. Just typical modern day launch issues. Yeah some people ♥♥♥♥♥ about cosmetics being premium but it is not new these days. Biggest issues right now is the match making... cant play with anybody

A lot of games launch in good states actually. If you are used to buying unpolished stuff that is very much your own issue. A lot of devs still release games in good condition

not really true. single player games, sure. popular online-only games? i've played probably 100+ on launch day and they almost all have severe problems if they're popular enough. probably the smoothest launch in recent memory was lost ark. everything else is dogwater on launch day / launch week.

Based on the review count, this game doesn't really seem to be that popular. Just sayin'.

I dont even mind the odd crash of bug. but matchmaking not working? man that is the core of the game, not worth playing without it.

well holy crap! the unlockables are blocked by vbuck purchases, no public matchmaking. crashes a ton

That's the idea. They don't want an informed customer, they want a customer that will give them the most amount of money.
