Audio issues.

I use a bluetooth audio headset; whenever I launch the game, all of the audio on my PC completely cuts out. Anyone else having this issue?

To clarify additionally, all of the audio issues resolve perfectly fine when the game is closed again. Everything works again. Man...

I had to go to Discord to switch to my bluetooth to hear my friends. I wish I can tell you if I can hear in game but the game's server died. No surprise there. People who think live services are good have been proven to be idiots.

Same here with space a40 earbuds, not only is there no game audio but no other app has audio either. Exit the game and everything is back to normal.

I'm not very good at troubleshooting these things, but my theory is that it has something to do with the anticheat. Complete conjecture though.

i really do not understand why the F you need kernel anticheat for a PVE game....

I have Sony's XM4s and every time I try to open the game my audio cuts on and OFF. Some other times the audio of the game (and my computer) will sound like its coming through a telephone (really bad), I am not sure if its the anti cheat system though.

At least you can hear SOMETHING, my whole system audio cuts off as soon as i enter the game.
Game audio? 0 . Browser audio? 0 . Discord audio? 0. Other games audio? 0.
As soon as i close the game, everything is fine again. If this is from their anticheat, this is an absolute joke.

I have been looking for a solution online, but most posts suggest to reinstall the drivers, THIS IS NOT THE PROBLEM. I just built this computer about a month ago and I can assure you is either their anti-cheat system, or they dint take into account that PC players can actually select different audio inputs and outputs, so whatever they are trying to implement has a ton of us hard locked into this LIMBO of either terrible audio or no audio at all.
Do not reinstall anything, and do not disable anything. This is on their side of the fence when it comes to fixing it. Unfortunately this means I will definitely not play the game until they fix this problem.
