PC performance? Please share on launch

Hey everyone. I'm excited to play this but need to wait until Friday (pay day) but very concerned about PC performance for this port. Any of you that do steam reviews or reply to this thread. Good or bad Could you post your specs and how it runs for you.

This would be very helpful for me and I'm sure a bunch of others.

I have played 1 hour as of now. I am not impressed, the least. The gameplay mechanics are sluggish/slow, the optimization is all over the place and the gameplay loop even though fun now will get tedious quickly. I am considering refunding.

It’s a bit all over the place. Some stutters and some spots that cause big frame drops (like the viewing area next to where you enter the drop pods). Other than the second issue I mentioned, most of the performance problems should be fixed with a driver patch. My build is starting to show its age so that’s probably why I’m having stutters.

Game on ssd, 1440p around 140 on ultra settings with native res, ~170 with ultra quality (but looks bad) and i dont have stutters or frame drops

Middle-High Settings + Native resolution = 80-90 fps

All of the above, except on top of all that you need to play the lottery if it will even boot up. Most players are reporting it just goes to a black screen for 2 seconds, then shuts down and closes the game. Not crashing, just shuts down.

I only got 23 min of gametime before refunding it. No joke, 6 of those minutes were counted by Steam when I just tried opening the game 100 times in a row and it just counted all the boot up and shutdown time as gametime. Then after doing the tutorial it crashed immediately after getting to the ship and never loaded again.

I must be lucky because I did 3 missions so far and my FPS was almost 99% smooth as butter (sitting well above 60fps and only dropped a bit when calling in the airstrike). I only tired solo so I don't know how much the fps drops with multiple people or with a lot of chaos.

I have a RTX 3080, Ryzen 3800x, 16GB, I was playing at 1440p, and it was maxed out I believe, though the settings did look a little barebones unless I missed the advance options.

I will also have to disagree with CHrille as I found the gameplay, gunplay,...etc to be top notch. I was actually surprised how smooth and responsive the gunplay was (keyboard).

I heard that the game doesn't run very well on AMD graphics cards
But it works well on NVIDIA video cards. The graphics are of course soapy, due to strange upscaling and anti-aliasing. We are waiting for patches and dlss

9900k, 2080ti, 32gb, solid 60fps at 1440p high, vsync forced through nvidia control panel as the ingame didn't work properly

r7 58003D, 32Gb RAM, RTX 3070, 1080P + 100FPS high settings without drops, 1440p same settings 70-80FPS, render scale set to ultra quality.

Works fine on a 6700xt but wait for them to fix the matchmaking problems its just singleplayer so far
