The PC features trailer says that you can use Controller or M/kb
You can also play on PC
You can also play in 4k

I don't know if you can use a monitor coz they never mentioned that.
Also not sure about headphones or speakers either.

In HD1, I can input stratagems much faster with kb+m. I tried switching to controllers when my fingers get tired, but I just couldn't input the stratagems fast enough .
