I think you miss the sarcasm bro lol
Different Genre, but Shipbreakers has a timer free mode instead of a 15 minute shift main mode passed off as the "Relaxed" version. Except when a single major thing goes wrong, a bug busts the best part (or the game crashes) you are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ after taking your sweet time for 30-60 minutes, while the "challenging" timer mode is making sure you keep getting most of your pay and progression even if you ♥♥♥♥ up the last bit.
But because one has a timer, and the other has no timer. No amount of evidence would convince people the free time mode was a trap. Because timers are ALWAYS big boy challenge! Why? uh... because they are annoying?
And normally I do like things on the player's terms. But yeah, sometimes timers are the baby option disguised as the challenge. Even if I can understand irritation with any time limits at all.
yea if you die you lose everything including XP except if you "by luck find those store real money points"..
but you would lose everything else..
so its kind of,, crusial that you finish it within 40 min, cause without all the bombs and sutch as backup i belive the game would be to hard to finish a whole mission .,
Why?
Don't get me wrong, 40 min is a lot of time in such games. But i freaking hate it when devs are trying to force me to always look on a timer.
Most disgusting mechanic ever.
The one thing i love about games like DRG is also that sometimes i just want to take my time and mess around. Hell i remember once having a rung where i was 2 hours long in a mission just to dig around or build rollercoaster pipes.
he shows the timers here "wich was hidden when the devs showed their gameplay"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGd0m1qjOJ4&t=9s
its a 40 min timer that dont give you a "game over" but you can no longer call down bombs, air strikes, or anything like that.
But what i noticed in all these gameplay videos is that the camera is always on the right shoulder.
I really hope they added a shoulder swap option.
i agree..
here is some clean gameplay -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iF5TUIxdLBQ&fbclid=IwAR3ISZxKD6cinqdaZZWdGkN-riN_IhvUtLyxx7YyZV3fZfyyq4ojARe0lD4
yea i agree.. the only thing you will be able to call down is extraction Pods.. to end the mission. but everything from weapon, ammo, and explosive/bombs you cant call anything of that..
♥♥♥♥♥♥ move.. like who the hell thought of this.. when i play a game, i do it to get away from real life stress... not stress through the game.. feels like now we have to decide about doing the mission or try and find hidden credits for warbonds..
