Any kind of gun customization?

So I know everyone is screaming and crying rn, but I was wondering if anyone knew if there is going to be any kind of customization for guns or if they'll just be set models?

EDIT: To be clear, I do mean increasing/changing stats, different sights for when you zoom in to first person, things like that. Not weapon skins.

You mean like skins? Far as I know, no. You could mod the weapons in the first game though.

100% confirmation that there are "NO WEAPON SKINS IN THE GAME" directly from the developers in a Q&A.

If you mean are you able to customize the stats on guns, I have yet to see any info on that one, we know they can be upgraded via warbonds, but I suspect thats just pre-defined stat increases.

Possibly, it can be modified by adding element effects such as fire, electricity, etc.

This is the kind of stuff I meant, yes. Stat upgrades, different damage effects, etc.
