Will I be able to get Troops and artillery ?

Hello Hello! I just saw this beautiful game and i thought NICE! But i ask me if i can become an army by myself with the tactical gear like a call to drop loyal troops of the proud super earth or a tank which can give me a little support. That would be really fun! The enemys look like a living army and i would really like to see me counter it with my own

No troops or armies, at least for now.
