Will you be able to turn off blood/gore?

Sorry, but you cannot turn off blood and gore(I believe its kind of part of the style the game is trying to portray like starship troopers.) If you can't stomach bloody or gorey games this one isn't for you though i will say its not to the levels of a horror game but there is full dismemberment.

was wondering about performance too.
Maybe this is on the list for updates (along with vehicles and extra stuff ala HD1)?
Hope Top Down is on the list as well (better situational awareness).
