No, PS+ specifically caters to console owners.
It serves no purpose on Steam, as you'd get none of the extras they give on the console + it's not using PSN for anything other than crossplay.

Kinda weird that it was not mandatory, buf anouncing that in three days we will all need to have the psn account linked to steam is odd. I mean, it is like 10 minutes of your time to create and link the accounts, but usually there is a month of grace period or more, not three days.

Anyway, expecting another necro if sony decides to force subscribtion onto the pc players. (hope it won't happen though, but who the hell knows these bot sympathizers).

Maybe your too young to know but Microshaft already tried to make PC gamers pay for access with GFWL. It failed miserably. The market has already spoken.
